In order for you to participate in the competition you must send us your own recipe for a warm seafood-based maincourse, exclusively using Nordic Ingredients. Your dish must complement Linie Aquavit as the preferred accompanying beverage. Your recipe must list all ingredients used in the dish, amounts used and estimated numbers of servings.

In addition, we request that you provide the following information:

1. Your personal CV with contact information sush as e-mail addresses and telephone, please include mobile phone.
2. A digital picture of your dish
